Now i want to edit videos on my windows laptop using capcut. Downloading capcut on desktop (must be for the first time) through. I'm puzzled whether this issue is related to the compatibility of capcut with my pc specifications, or if it's an issue.

My download keep failing trough the software. I have managed to stop it several. Capcut starts installing into c right away there is a field to chose location but the time to click on it the installation on c is already done 95%.
I know a slightly conventional solution, download an old beta version of capcut, it can be 1.x.x or 2.x.x, then log in with your google account, then activate beta updates.
Any idea where to get the beta versions? The capcut project files should be located in the capcut drafts folder that is created in the same drive you installed capcut to. If you're in capcut, on the right side of the. But i want to come back to the project file to make further edits later.
Every time i try to install capcut desktop, it just stays stuck at 95% without me being able to do anything. I've used capcut mobile version. 7 days each person that downloads capcut through someone else's code or yours. No errors, no feedback—just a stalled installation process.
I switched from using the latest version of capcut to a older version because it doesn't have all the ai features, capcut pro and it has a more simple design.
Currently, whenever i work on capcut, i do not seem to have any other option than to export final file. I even tried using a different folder pathway, but that didn't work either. I've downloaded and installed the windows desktop version.
